Physics are heavily effected by fps!

Most game physics work at intended best around 60fps. The higher you get the stiffer it becomes!

FPS of 120+ or even just 100+ can often result in practically no physics at all! This includes mods as well like my physics mods so be careful!

If you have Nvidia control panel you can manually cap your frame rate using a setting in the 3D settings section of it. Just select FFXIV as your game and then find the max frame rate setting. Then just plonk that to 60 and your good to go. Do be aware that if you do this while the game is already running you may need to restart the game afterwards.

If you are unwilling to cap your frame rate then I highly suggest the
"High FPS Physics Fix" plugin.
To find it just
-go into dalamud
-go to settings > experimental
-At the top of that should be an option to "Get Plugin Testing Builds"
-Turn that on then save the setting
-Go to all plugins and search "fps"
-Install the one made by Kirrana
-Find it in installed plugins and click config
-Set it to 60 fps and enable it
-DO NOT TURN ON "Enable on startup" IT IS VERY BUGGY
-You may need to restart your game after this to make it work properly!

Getting the plugin allows you to cap the physics frame rate but not the game frame rate so all you frame chasers get to enjoy wonderous hair, breast, and butt physics too! (Also skirt physics)
